After graduation and tour in army; four year employment with Polk County, Iowa County Supervisors, then employed for 32 years managing state judicial systems in Iowa followed by Colorado. Retired early June 2006. Moved to Portland, Oregon, Lived there for 6 years, then traveled around country for two years in a Class A motor home. Been living in Des Moines/Urbandale, Iowa about 5 years. Recently remarried. Healthy and continue volunteering with organizations helping on environment improvement matters such a clean water and air.
