David

After 17 years as a judge in Montana I retired in January of this year and returned to my law enforcement roots after I assumed a new position as an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Montana Law Enforcement Academy. I teach criminal law and procedure, constitutional law, cultural and gender diversity and report writing to law enforcement officers, probation and parole officers, correction and detention officers, and public service communicators. I also cross train in police vehicle operations and assist in operational training.
