The results were published in 2009 and presented at the National Spa and Pool national convention. I worked for over 15 years as an expert in swimming and diving accidents and testified in many court cases around the United States relating to drownings, near-drownings and spinal injuries in open water and swimming pools. I currently live with my wife, Jill (Hollenbeck) DeMers in San Luis Obispo, CA for over 25 years.
